From a local seal manufacturer to a global partner for the mobility industry
A success story since 2000
Since its founding in 2000, ELDISY has developed into an internationally active system supplier. With numerous locations in Europe, Asia, and North America, we stand today for innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.
Founding
ELDISY was founded from the company Gurex (Mönsheim). Today, the headquarters is located in Gardelegen, near Berlin, with a production area of 15,000 m² and over 250 employees.
In addition, another location was established in Wimsheim, Baden-Württemberg, focusing on research and development, sales, and project management.
ELDISY Slovakia
With the founding of ELDISY Slovakia, the production site in Dubnica nad Váhom, 160 km northeast of Bratislava, was established, featuring a production area of 10,000 m².
The site possesses high expertise regarding complex sealing systems with a focus on convertibles and coupes.
Vorwerk & Sohn | ELDISY Poland
ELDISY became part of the Vorwerk & Sohn Group in 2010. Founded in 1827, the group is headquartered in Wuppertal, NRW, and is internationally represented with locations in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Simultaneously, ELDISY Poland was founded, opening the 15,000 m² site in Środa Śląska, 350 km west of Warsaw.
Today, the Polish plant operates the highest number of extrusion lines within the ELDISY Group.
ELDISY Mexico
ELDISY Mexico was founded in 2014 and opened a 12,000 m² production site in Lagos de Moreno.
Today, the Mexican plant serves as our location for “the Americas.”
ELDISY Serbia
ELDISY Serbia and the production site in Čačak were founded. The site is located 150 km southwest of Belgrade and, at 45,000 m², features the company’s largest production area.
At the time of its founding, the plant housed the longest extrusion line in Europe.
ELDISY China
In 2025, ELDISY China was founded in Suzhou, starting production with an area of approximately 5,000 m².
