We process personal data within the framework of data avoidance and data economy only to the extent and for as long as is necessary for the use of our website or as prescribed by law. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and strictly adhere to the relevant legal regulations and this privacy policy when collecting and processing personal data. Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. When we collect personal data—such as your name, address, or email address—this data collection is voluntary. Without express consent from you, this data will not be disclosed to third parties. Please note that data transmission over the Internet is generally not always secure. Protection during data exchange cannot be guaranteed, especially in email communication.
The collected data is not used for automated individual decision-making or profiling or scoring.

You can obtain information free of charge at any time about the personal data we have stored about you, as well as about the origin, recipient, and purpose of data processing. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of your data. Exceptions are data that must be retained due to legal requirements or is needed for proper business processing. To ensure that data can be blocked at any time, data is held in a blocking file for control purposes. Contact form
We provide a contact form on our website that can be used for electronic contact. If you use this option, the data entered in the input form will be transmitted to us and processed. This data includes: your company, your name, your email address, and your phone number.
At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored: your IP address, date and time of form submission.
Before submitting your contact request, you will be referred to this privacy policy and must confirm receipt of the information by checking a box. Alternatively, contact is possible via the provided email address. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the email will be processed.
In this context, the data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the contact request. Once your request has been processed, the personal data from the input form will be deleted immediately. The personal data additionally collected during the sending process will be deleted no later than seven days. Upon your request, we will delete your personal data immediately. However, if you request the deletion of personal data processed in connection with your inquiry (via contact form or email), it may no longer be possible to process your request.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These small text files are stored on your PC by our server. They support the display of our website and help you navigate our website. Cookies collect data about your IP address, your browser, your operating system, and your Internet connection. We do not link this information with personal data and do not pass it on to third parties. We never use cookies to introduce malicious or spyware programs onto your computer. You can also use our website without the use of cookies, although some displays and functions of our offering may work with limited functionality. If you wish to deactivate cookies, you can do so through special settings in your browser. Please use its help function to make the corresponding changes. Collection of access data
The delivery and display of content via our website technically requires the collection of certain data. When you access our website, these so-called server log files are recorded by us or by the web space provider. These log files do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you and your person. The corresponding information consists of the name of the website, the file, the current date, the amount of data, the web browser and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet provider, the referrer URL as the page from which you switched to our page, and the corresponding IP address. We use this data for the display and delivery of our content as well as for statistical purposes. The information supports the provision and continuous improvement of our offering. We also reserve the right to subsequently review the mentioned data if there is suspicion of unlawful use of our offering.
Content and services from third-party providers
The offering on our website may also include content, services, and features from other providers that complement our offering. Examples of such offerings are maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos, or graphic representations from third parties. Accessing these services from third parties regularly requires the transmission of your IP address. This enables these providers to perceive your user IP address and also to store it. We make every effort to include only those third-party providers who use IP addresses solely for content delivery. However, we have no control over whether a third-party provider may store the IP address. This storage may serve statistical purposes, for example. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will inform our users of this fact without delay. In this context, please also note the special privacy policies for individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website.
You will find them also in this privacy policy.
Newsletter
You can register on our website to receive our newsletter. We require your email address for this purpose. In addition, we must verify, in accordance with the relevant legal requirements, that you are actually the owner of the specified email address and wish to receive the newsletter (double opt-in procedure). We therefore collect information that makes such verification possible. The data collected in this context is used for sending and receiving the newsletter. It has no other purpose and is not passed on to third parties. Apart from the information necessary for newsletter delivery, no further data is collected by us. Since newsletter delivery and receipt depends on your consent, you can revoke this consent to the collection and storage of your data at any time without giving reasons. Use the “unsubscribe link” provided in the newsletter for this purpose.
SSL encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption when it comes to transmitting confidential or personal content from our users. This encryption is activated, for example, in the processing of payment transactions and for inquiries that you submit to us via our website. Please ensure that SSL encryption is activated on your end for corresponding activities. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: the display in your browser line changes from “http://” to “https://”. Data encrypted via SSL cannot be read by third parties. Only transmit your confidential information when SSL encryption is activated and contact us if in doubt.
Google AdWords
We use Google AdWords, an online advertising program from Google LLC, on our website. This also includes conversion tracking. When you come to our website via a Google advertisement, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your PC. The cookie expires after 30 days. It does not serve personal traceability. If you as a user visit our website and the cookie is still active, we and Google can recognize that you clicked on the corresponding advertisement and were redirected to our site. Each Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. Conversion statistics are created for AdWords customers using the data obtained through conversion cookies. As customers, we learn the total number of users who responded to our advertisement and were then redirected to a website that was tagged with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information in this process that would allow us to personally identify you as a user. If you reject the tracking procedure, the Google conversion tracking cookie can be deactivated via your Internet browser. If necessary, use the browser’s help function for further information. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The use includes the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions, and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze a user’s activities across devices.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website usage and Internet usage to the website operator. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Section 15 (3) TMG or Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The data we send that is linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g., user ID), or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month. For more information on terms of use and privacy, please visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website. To prevent collection by Universal Analytics across different devices, you must perform the opt-out on all systems used. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics

Google Analytics Remarketing
We use the remarketing function of Google LLC on our website. With this function, we present customized and interest-based advertisements to our visitors together with Google. Cookies are set on your computer for this purpose. These are text files that recognize users when they access pages and thus enable interest-based advertising across the entire Google network. In this context, Google denies the collection of personal data and, according to its own statements, does not establish any connections to other Google services. You can prevent Google’s remarketing function by making appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Furthermore, the use of cookies can be deactivated via http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or through changed settings in your browser. If necessary, use its help function. For more information about Google Remarketing and Google’s general privacy policy, visit: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
Application process
In the course of processing application procedures in our company, we work with the application platform of the service provider Workwise GmbH, Imprint (https://www.workwise.io/impressum). Recruitment on behalf of job seekers or employers is not commissioned data processing, but rather the use of a third-party professional service from an independently responsible party (LDA-Bavaria, FAQ list dated July 20, 2018). Further information on data protection by the service provider Workwise GmbH can be found in the privacy policy.
